Biography
Brett is a Partner and Senior Vice President at TSCG. He is a native Atlantan who utilizes location analytics, extensive market knowledge, and industry insight to deliver first-class advisory services to developers, investors, and owners throughout Georgia. His wide-ranging sales and leasing experience includes new retail development, redevelopment, mixed-use, community, power, and neighborhood shopping centers. Brett earned a BBA degree in Finance at the University of Georgia and a MBA degree at Georgia State University. He consistently receives CoStar Power Broker Awards and has served on several ICSC roundtables.
