Biography
Brett is a Partner and Senior Vice President at TSCG. He is a native Atlantan who utilizes location analytics, extensive market knowledge, and industry insight to deliver first-class advisory services to developers, investors, and owners throughout Georgia. His wide-ranging sales and leasing experience includes new retail development, redevelopment, mixed-use, community, power, and neighborhood shopping centers. Brett earned a BBA degree in Finance at the University of Georgia and a MBA degree at Georgia State University. He consistently receives CoStar Power Broker Awards and has served on several ICSC roundtables.What To Know
Brett lives in Marietta, GA with his wife and two children. He enjoys traveling and outdoor activities including hiking, skiing, fishing, and scuba diving.
