Biography
Brian Blandford joined TSCG in February 2025 as a Property Manager in the DMV market. He began his career in residential property management while earning his Bachelors in Business from the University of Maryland. After nearly four years with Bozzuto, Brian transitioned to Lerner and then shifted from residential to commercial management, expanding his experience at Lincoln Property Company, Atlantic Realty, and Colliers International.
What To Know
Outside of work, Brian enjoys spending his weekends cooking, baking, and hosting family and friends. He's also recently picked up tennis, adding an active and social element to his routine. With a strong passion for real estate and architecture, Brian is always excited to travel and explore new destinations. He cherishes movie nights at home with his puppy, Brody, and partner, Ryan.
