Amy Kennedy is Senior Vice President of Retail Leasing at TSCG, where she represents landlords across metro Atlanta and Georgia’s retail markets. Her work spans the full lifecycle of a leasing assignment, from market and site strategy through tenant prospecting, deal structuring, and transaction execution.
Amy’s expertise includes submarket analysis, zoning and jurisdictional research, and demographic-driven positioning for shopping centers and outparcels. She manages targeted tenant outreach across categories including QSR, fitness, financial services, personal care, and specialty retail, supported by disciplined prospecting pipelines and category-specific economic analysis. On the transactional side, Amy negotiates and structures LOIs across NNN, ground lease, TI, and percentage rent arrangements, conducts landlord-side lease review, and manages deals from initial outreach through opening day. She also provides ongoing client reporting and competitive market intelligence, tracking anchor and tenant activity to keep ownership groups informed on their submarkets. Amy’s recent work includes ground lease positioning in high-growth corridors ahead of major infrastructure developments, specialty retail leasing in mixed-use environments, and strategic disposition planning for redevelopment-ready sites. Amy is a graduate of Agnes Scott College and brings a detail-oriented, relationship-first approach to retail leasing, with a focus on building merchandising strategies designed for long-term performance.What To Know
