Biography
Alan has been with TSCG for 30 years starting in Charlotte and moving over 20 years ago to Charleston to establish that office. He is EVP/Managing Partner for Tenant Representation for the Carolinas. He specializes in representing Tenants, developers and buyers of retail real estate in both North and South Carolina. He represents national retailers such as Costco, Ross, Sprouts Farmers Market, Chase Bank, Topgolf, Coopers Hawk and many more.
What To Know
Alan has two grown children, Lauren and Tyler, who both live in the Charleston area, and one Granddaughter. His son, Tyler, also works at TSCG.
