Biography
Russell C. Platt is the Co-founder and CEO of Forum Partners, a global real estate investment firm operating in North America, Europe, and Australia. With forty years of experience in real estate finance and investment, Russell began his career at Morgan Stanley, where he founded the global real estate department for Morgan Stanley Asset Management and served as a director of its real estate funds. Prior to founding Forum Partners, he was Managing Director of Security Capital Research & Management and President of JER Partners. Forum Partners has a minority stake in TSCG and partners with the company on a number of investments.
Russell holds a BA in Economics from Williams College and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He also serves as an adjunct professor at Columbia Business School in New York.
