Our History – TSCG’s Legacy in Retail Commercial Real Estate
Reimagining Retail Since 1984
TSCG has grown from a single location to over 20 offices nationwide, with strategic expansions from New York to Miami and beyond. Since adding a management division in 1989 and consolidating operations in 2003, we’ve broadened our reach from Connecticut down to South Florida and west to the Mississippi River. Our additions in New York, New Jersey, Hartford, and the D.C. Metro area have enhanced continuity and strengthened our retail real estate footprint.
40 Years of Breaking Retail Boundaries
As we celebrate 40 years of growth, our long-standing client relationships and dedicated team members reflect the trust we’ve built. This deep experience, combined with a forward-thinking approach, positions us to guide our clients through both good and challenging times. Together, we’ll continue shaping the future of retail. Explore our journey through the years and see how we’ve shaped the retail landscape.
