Three national tenants have signed leases for the space.

The Bent’s Landing mixed-use development includes two retail buildings fronting Rinehart Road in Lake Mary, with two 28,000-square-foot medical office buildings also planned on the property.

An unnamed national dental group is in negotiations to lease the final space available in … right now,” said Bobby Palta, senior vice president for The Shopping Center Group.
