MAAR Commercial Council Spotlights Industry’s Top Brokers

The Memphis Area Association of Realtors’ Commercial Council honored top performers at its 25th annual Pinnacle Awards on April 16.

Jeb Fields was named Commercial Broker of the Year. William B. Dunavant III was inducted into the Hall of Fame, and Michael Lightman Sr. received the Legacy Award. The Greater Memphis Chamber earned the Community Impact Award.

Shawn Massey, CCIM, CRRP, ALC was named amongst the winners. Full list can be found here.

Tim Mashburn received the Grit & Grind Award, and Joshua Fisher was named Newcomer of the Year.

The council also recognized 61 members of its Pinnacle Producers Club, who completed more than $2.1 billion in transactions last year. It continues to support the Make-A-Wish Foundation through its annual golf tournament, raising $1 million to date, including $162,000 this year.
