Jeremy Kral Represents Wright’s Gourmet House in Brandon and Wesley Chapel Expansion

Wright’s Gourmet House is expanding beyond its iconic South Tampa location, with plans to open two new prototype locations in Brandon and Wesley Chapel as part of the brand’s continued growth under Caspers Co.

Jeremy Kral of TSCG represented Wright’s Gourmet House in securing both locations, helping bring the beloved local bakery and café concept to two of the Tampa Bay area’s fastest-growing suburban markets.

The first location will open at 328 Brandon Town Center Drive in Brandon, with a targeted opening in summer 2027. A second location is planned at Wiregrass Ranch in Wesley Chapel, between Culver’s and Cooper’s Hawk on State Road 56, with an anticipated opening in summer 2028.

Each approximately 15,000-square-foot location will introduce a new hub-style prototype featuring Wright’s signature café alongside expanded amenities including a catering facility, espresso bar, gourmet market, and additional grab-and-go offerings.

The expansion follows Caspers Co.’s acquisition of Wright’s Gourmet House in 2024. Since taking ownership, the company has invested in modernizing operations while preserving the recipes and customer experience that have made Wright’s a Tampa institution for more than six decades. The new suburban locations are designed to expand the brand’s catering capabilities and make its products more accessible to customers throughout the region.

The Brandon location will occupy an existing building, while the Wiregrass Ranch restaurant will be new construction as part of the master-planned community’s continued retail and restaurant expansion.

This growth marks a significant milestone for Wright’s Gourmet House as it extends its footprint beyond South Tampa, with Jeremy Kral helping facilitate the brand’s strategic expansion into two high-growth markets.
