“Bath & Body Works’ move from an enclosed mall to an open-air shopping center offers the convenience today’s consumers are looking for in a shopping experience,” said Halpern Leasing Director John Brozovic.
Founded in 1990, Bath & Body Works is a retail leader in personal care and fragrance products. The company reportedly operates more than 1,800 shops in the United States and Canada with over 427 worldwide franchise locations.

The shopping center also includes a 17,464-square-foot freestanding Aldi and 3,750-square-foot freestanding Aspen Dental, constructed by Halpern’s build-to-suit division.
Heritage Walk is situated on N. Columbia Street/US-441, Milledgeville’s prime retail corridor. Adjacent to Milledgeville Mall and surrounded by an assortment of national and regional brands, the shopping center is strategically located two miles from Georgia College and downtown Milledgeville.
