As Partner and Senior Brokerage Coordinator, Marie supports David Firestein, Bruce Shepard, and the wider White Plains and Manhattan brokerage teams. She manages daily operations for the White Plains office, collaborating with retailers, landlords, attorneys, and service providers to streamline workflows and ensure operational success.

Marie grew up in Westchester County and has a medical background in nursing. She celebrated her 20-year work anniversary with TSCG in 2024.
Retail Rewind

Favorite Retail Store as a Child
Restaurant would have to be a tie between Friendly's (Reeses Pieces sundae) and Sizzler (salad bar). The Ground Round was fun too with the cartoons playing and popcorn always all over the floor.....not to mention all of the coin operated toy and candy machines that were in the waiting area. Retailer would probably be Toys R' Us or FAO Schwarz, especially after seeing Big. I thought that floor piano they were dancing on in the movie was very cool!
