Nick Anthony is a Retail Specialist at TSCG and has been with the company since December 2022. Nick specializes as both a Landlord and Tenant representative in the FL market. His landlord portfolio includes over 3-million sf of GLA with Kimco Realty. Nick has helped complete and facilitate transactions in several different retail setting such as Power Centers, Grocery anchored centers, and lifestyle centers. As a tenant representative, Nick has helped National operators find a secure proper placement in strong FL markets for longterm success.
