Biography
Angela Arruda was born in Germany and grew up in Kissimmee, Florida. As Assistant Director of Property Management and Partner, Angela oversees Property Managers located throughout the Southeast including Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia, with assets totaling approximately 13 million square feet. Angela began her career in 2004 with SITE Centers Corp. formerly DDR Corp where her key responsibilities were the negotiation and execution of retail lease renewals in the Southeast region. Angela joined TSCG in 2011 as an Assistant Property Manager. Angela is a member of the ICSC and holds an active Florida real estate sales associate license.
