Biography
Debbie began her real estate career over 25 years ago in property management, marketing and mixed-use development. In 2000, she began working in GIS/Mapping and Marketing for TSCG before getting her license and providing tenant representation. In 2005, Debbie became a Real Estate Manager for Great Clips which allowed her to manage the emerging markets of the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast. In 2007, she was recruited to Dunkin' Brands to increase their evolution in Virginia and northern North Carolina. Debbie was a Development Manager for other national tenants to include 7-Eleven and regional mixed-use developers. TSCG has been her preferred broker since 2005 and in 2021 Debbie returned to the firm as a Senior Associate. She has been a long-term member of the ICSC.What To Know
Debbie is passionate about wine, food, and their pairings. She is an enthusiastic yogi, boater, cook, gardener, amateur artist and painter, and watcher of just about any documentary.
