Biography
Nick Masson was born and raised in Forest Hills, New York. Nick left the concrete jungle of NYC to attend the College of Santa Fe in New Mexico. After many years on the audition circuit and working regional theaters and national tours, he shifted into the Retail Brokerage Business in 2011. Nick is a Senior Vice President at SGC Retail where he primarily focuses on Tenant Representation. Some of the Tenants Nick works with are McDonald's, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, The Puttery, KidStrong, GNC, and F45 to name a few. On the Landlord side, he has represented Acadia, Midwood, VEREIT, Ashkenazy Acquisition Corp, & Urban Edge as well as local landlords.What To Know
Nick is a member of ICSC. He resides in Astoria, Queens with his wife and son.
