Biography
Graci Goldstein is a New York-based commercial real estate professional specializing in Tenant Representation at TSCG. Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, she earned her degree in Journalism from the University of Texas at Austin in December 2022.
Graci began her journey with TSCG as a summer intern in the company’s New York City office in 2022. Following graduation, she joined the Manhattan team full-time, where she now represents a growing portfolio of prominent national tenants, including Sweetgreen, Union Square Hospitality and Daily Provisions, Major Food Group, Sugarfish, Kazu Nori, Uovo, Hiho Cheeseburger, Matu, Pies and Thighs, Heap’s Ice Cream, Le Bon Nosh, as well as several fine dining chefs.
While her current focus is on restaurant clients, Graci is actively expanding into apparel, fitness, and other retail categories. In addition to tenant work, she also handles notable landlord representation assignments, including the ground floor retail space at the Park Hyatt on 57th Street in Midtown Manhattan.
Graci is an active member of REBNY Next Generation, the Jewish Women’s Business Network, and ICSC. She brings energy and insight in one of the world’s most competitive retail markets, with a strong pulse on emerging brands and market trends.
What To Know
Graci enjoys traveling and led a trip to Israel in 2023 with Birthright. She also loves exploring New York City, and touring her family around whenever they come to visit.
