Biography
Craige Pearson was born in Rochester, NY, and has lived in Indiana, Georgia, and Florida. He is the lead for one of two leasing teams in the Nashville office, managing and building his portfolio of shopping centers, freestanding buildings, and land across Middle and East Tennessee. Craige plays a crucial role in leasing and selling his client's assets through his extensive network and ability to cultivate strong industry relationships. Before joining TSCG, Craige worked with multiple brokers at Phillips Edison, where he helped increase traction on vacant spaces for local users by leveraging Facebook Marketplace and social media during COVID-19. He then worked alongside the principal broker at JLL in Orlando as an analyst, assisting him and other brokers with various initiatives for their clients.What To Know
