Biography
Blake Swanson, a true Nashville native, started his career in IT project management before discovering his talent for sales. Now, he's all about retail tenant-representation and investment sales, bringing his love for negotiation and relationship-building to the table. In 2023, he joined TSCG as Vice President in their Nashville office. Blake gets a kick out of helping clients navigate the Nashville market, making sure they're making smart moves. He's all about top-notch service, keeping everyone in the loop, and ensuring the whole process is as smooth and stress-free as possible. He is also active in the Middle TN Chapter of CCIM and served on the local board as Programs Co-Chair.What To Know
