Biography
Christian was born in Boston, Massachusetts and raised in Wilmington, DE. A graduate of both Neumann University and the Widener University School of Law with a concentration in Real Estate, Christian began his career in Hospitality Operations and pivoted to Commercial Real Estate in 2016. Christian has served his community as a Mediator for the Delaware Center for Justice and has worked closely with Goods for Good, a Non-Profit organization that provides critical care to economically disadvantaged and vulnerable communities in Washington, DC. Christian's passion for collaboration and peer-development is what fuels his fire, he bases his own success on the success of those around him. Christian joined the DC office in October 2023 as a Senior Property Manager. As a Senior Property Manager, he is responsible for the financial stewardship and on-site operations for a large portfolio of retail and industrial assets.What To Know
If you're looking for Christian on the weekends, he'll be coaching his daughter's 12U Softball team, sweating it out at a Hot Yoga class or running as many miles as he can in preparation for his next race. His current tally is 1 full marathon, 26 half-marathons and what seems like millions of 5k's!
