Nadine Oldaker joined TSCG’s Jacksonville office as a Brokerage Coordinator in 2026, bringing extensive experience in executive support, business operations, project coordination, and client service. A Florida native, Nadine is married to a retired military spouse and spent 20 years embracing life in different communities, including Florida, Italy, and Tennessee. These experiences shaped her adaptability and ability to build meaningful relationships wherever life takes her.
Known for her proactive approach, organization, and attention to detail, Nadine supports TSCG’s brokerage team by helping ensure smooth operations and a positive experience for clients, brokers, and business partners.
What To Know
Outside of work, Nadine enjoys spending time outdoors and making the most of Florida’s beautiful beaches. She and her husband enjoy camping or, as she likes to call it, “glamping” often with their dog. She also loves spending quality time with her grown children and grandchild and making lasting family memories.
