Five New Leases Bring 65,000 SF to 605 Third Avenue

Starbucks has renewed its 1,800-square-foot ground-floor lease at 605 Third Avenue in Manhattan, with TSCG’s David Firestein representing Starbucks in the transaction.

The 10-year renewal is part of nearly 65,000 square feet of recent leasing activity completed by Fisher Brothers at the property since April. Five new leases, renewals and expansions have been signed during that period, reflecting continued demand along Manhattan’s Third Avenue corridor.

Located near Grand Central, 605 Third Avenue continues to attract both office and retail tenants as Fisher Brothers invests in upgraded amenities, common areas and additional improvements to the property.
