Biography
Charlotte Snyder was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, and attended high school just down the street from the TSCG Atlanta office at The Westminster Schools. She graduated from Georgia Southern University with a degree in Finance. Charlotte spent time with TSCG during her senior year of college and officially joined the firm in 2026 as an Associate. She works alongside Cheryl Champion, Kyle LeCain, and Gail Fargason in Tenant Representation.
