Aaron Dan is a commercial real estate professional specializing in retail brokerage, development, acquisitions, and strategic site selection across Florida markets. He is experienced in identifying high-value retail opportunities, structuring complex transactions, and advising landlords, developers, investors, and expanding retail brands. Aaron has a strong background in retail corridor analysis, development feasibility, tenant strategy, and relationship-driven business development.
Aaron joined TSCG as a Vice President based in the Orlando office in 2026. He is recognized for combining market intelligence, financial analysis, and entrepreneurial execution to create value in retail and mixed-use real estate projects. Aaron is driven to create significant value in every retail transaction, with a hands-on-ownership mentality. He approaches each deal as if investing personal capital–focused on strategy, execution, and long-term success for all parties involved.
