Biography
Edward Fernandez was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. Shortly after moving to Nashville in 2020, he began his career in property management. Developing interpersonal skills and leasing strategies, Edward maintained an average 95% occupancy rate as Head of Leasing before being promoted to Assistant Manager at a multi-site property in Franklin, TN.
Edward joined the Nashville team as an Associate in 2026 and brings experience overseeing and leasing multi-family assets generating 7.7 million in annual revenue, with a focus on financial operations, delinquency management, and resident satisfaction. Prior to joining the team at TSCG, Edward managed online listings and marketing for a multi-center retail portfolio under senior leadership at Phillips Edison and Company.
