Biography
Tania Beale is a seasoned commercial property management professional with comprehensive experience overseeing industrial, office, and retail assets. With a foundation in sales and customer service, Tania transitioned into property management, where she also gained early experience leasing and stabilizing apartment communities.
Prior to joining the TSCG D.C. Metro office as a Property Manager in 2026, Tania managed diversified commercial portfolios for several industry-leading organizations, gaining hands-on expertise in budget development, cost analysis, and building strong client, tenant, and vendor relationships. Tania attributes her success to a positive attitude and being adaptable.
Tania earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in 2008.
