Alemayehu “Alex” Lagebo joined TSCG in 2025 as a Property Accountant in the D.C. Metro office. He comes to TSCG with a strong background in real estate, including a focused track record in commercial properties. He is skilled in financial reporting, lease administration, CAM reconciliations, and managing complex portfolios with accuracy and accountability. Alex is known for delivering timely, audit-ready financials and supporting cross-functional teams with clear, actionable insights. He is committed to adding value through diligence, transparency, and a deep understanding of real estate operations.
