Merger Expands Property Management Services across the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast

WASHINGTON, D.C.—September 23, 2025: TSCG today announced a merger with Indigo Asset Services, integrating Indigo’s team into TSCG’s DC Metro office to deliver a full suite of retail real estate services for tenants, landlords, developers, and investors. The move strengthens TSCG’s property management capabilities and establishes the DC Metro office as a hub for property management and construction services in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast. Atlanta-based TSCG is the largest privately held retail real estate services company in the United States, with 20 offices from New York to Miami.

Indigo is known for owner-side asset management, representing individuals, family holdings, and investment groups. The team has led strategy and execution across leasing, finance, construction, acquisitions, and dispositions to maximize returns for small and mid-tier portfolios.

“Bringing Indigo Asset Services into TSCG strengthens both our capabilities and our geographic reach,” said Sam Latone, President and Co-CEO of TSCG. “Suzette, Jill, and Suzanne share our client-first mindset and operational rigor – making this an excellent cultural and strategic fit.”

Suzette Timme will lead the Northern Division of TSCG’s property management from the DC Metro office, expanding the company’s northern footprint and reporting directly to Latone. With the addition of Indigo, TSCG now manages more than 13 million square feet across 16 states.

Having worked alongside TSCG’s leasing, property management, and construction teams for years, I’ve seen their commitment to top-tier service,” said Timme. “I’m excited to build on that foundation as we expand our capabilities across the DC Metro and northern markets.”

Over the past two years, following TSCG’s combination with Rosenthal Properties, the firm has expanded from New England to Virginia and into larger, more complex project types—from ground-up development to multi-phase renovations and turnkey landlord work—while adding new owners, multi-market rollouts, and third-party assignments. The Indigo merger amplifies that trajectory with a DC-based hub for property management.

Jill Wilson and Suzanne Alvarez also join the team, adding depth in portfolio strategy, operational execution, and performance turnaround.
