Lawrence Lerman is a seasoned professional in real estate and property management, renowned for his comprehensive industry knowledge and proven leadership in overseeing complex portfolios, including 1.1 million square feet of commercial real estate and over 600 residential units. Prior to joining TSCG, Lawrence was the Property Manager for Renaud Consulting, where he directed shopping center operations, including construction projects, while focusing on financial performance and cultivating strong tenant relationships. His strategic approach to financial performance and operational excellence consistently delivers exceptional results and enhances client satisfaction.
With a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate from Georgetown University, graduating summa cum laude, and a Bachelor of Arts in Justice and Law from American University, Lawrence combines academic distinction with hands-on expertise. His career embodies a dedication to strategic planning, clear communication, and innovative problem-solving. Lawrence is passionate about maximizing property value, fostering successful partnerships, and ensuring seamless operations across diverse property types. Lawrence joined TSCG as a Property Manager in our DC Metro office in December 2024.
