Biography
Mike got his start in 2005 in Retail Leasing and Commercial Property Management with Beth Azor at Azor Advisory Services followed by his move to Konover South a year later to focus on full time Retail Leasing in 2006. Mike Leased the majority of Konover's Florida Portfolio completing numerous transactions over a 6 year span with them including the lease up of a new Ground up Publix Shopping Center, Parkview Commons in Ocala Fl to 100 pct occupancy along with keeping their portfolio largely stabilized during the very challenging years in 2008-2010. Mike joined TSCG in 2016 on the Landlord Services side and has completed transactions with numerous national, regional, and local tenants in his time at TSCG. One of Mike's key accomplishments at TSCG is that he has worked on 2 major Publix Redevelopments in South Florida including Wedgewood Commons in Stuart, Fl and Delray Square in Delray Beach, Fl leasing over 100,000 sf of retail space in those 2 projects alone working thru the entire phases of the development process. Mike is a 15+ year Commercial real estate veteran with a proven track record of providing exceptional service and results to his clients which is indicative in the fact that he generally retains his clients for a long period of time.
What To Know
Mike is a Father to his beloved son Andrew and his partner Amanda. In his off time from providing his best service for his clients, you can often find him standing on his hands upside down doing hot yoga as he is an accomplished practitioner and yoga teacher. Mike is also is an avid cook, fisherman, outdoorsman, and fitness enthusiest.
