Biography
Amy Berrios was born in Nicaragua and raised in South Florida. She joined TSCG in 2010. In her role as Partner and Vice President of TSCG, Amy specializes in suburban and neighborhood retail projects. She is responsible for business development and oversees the strategic direction and execution of leasing initiatives for a diverse portfolio of properties. With a keen understanding of market dynamics and tenant needs, she develops and implements tailored leasing strategies that optimize occupancy rates, drive revenue growth, and enhance asset value for property owners and investors. An expert at lease negotiation with national, regional, and local retailers across Florida, Amy has successfully negotiated over 145 lease transactions. Her notable clients include Ares Management, Crow Holdings, CW Capital, DWS, Kimco Realty, Longpoint Realty, and Realty Income.
Throughout her 21 years of experience, Amy has earned a reputation for her collaborative leadership style, fostering strong relationships with clients, tenants, and industry partners alike. Her dedication to excellence and relentless pursuit of results have consistently positioned her as a trusted advisor and valued partner in the commercial real estate community. A graduate of the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration, she has served on the ICSC Next Generation of Tampa committee and the ICSC West Coast Idea Exchange Committee. Her accolades include being the recipient of numerous CoStar Power Broker awards for both transaction volume and deal size.
Prior to joining TSCG, Amy was a retail leasing agent at RMC Property Group, a Tampa-based retail developer that specialized in leasing and managing grocery-anchored centers.
