Biography

Richard Huff was born and raised in the metro Atlanta area and joined the Atlanta TSCG office in September 2024 as an Assistant Property Manager. He brings a diverse background in store management, auditing, and accounts payable supervision. Throughout his career, he has developed a strong commitment to excellence and always strives to lead by example and drive organizational success. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Georgia Southern University and graduated from Georgia State University with a Master’s in Commercial Real Estate in 2024.

What To Know
Outside of Richard’s passion for continuous professional development, he enjoys being active in the gym, hiking, bike riding, and spending time with family and friends.
Retail Rewind

Favorite Retail Store as a Child
Richard’s favorite childhood retailer/restaurant as a child were AMC Movie Theatres and Ryan’s. His mom was a teacher at a small private school, so the other teachers and their kids would join his mom, Richard, and his siblings every Friday night until he was about 14 years old. They would all meet at Ryan’s after school (since kids ate for free or for a discount!) and afterwards they would go to the AMC movie theatre down the street and watch the latest movie. This was something Richard looked forward to all week and in retrospect, it always makes him smile.
