3 restaurants coming to Lowcountry; retailers move within, to downtown Charleston

Adams Property Group, which owns Gas Lite Square in North Charleston, recently signed two new leases, including a restaurant that will add a sixth location in the Charleston area.

Two new restaurants are in the works in North Charleston and Johns Island and the owner of a recently announced dining venue coming to Mount Pleasant provides fresh insight into his plans.

On Johns Island, Jersey Mike’s Subs will locate in Maybank Commons, which is under development at 2831 Maybank Highway. The new retail site is slated to be completed by the fall.

Will Sherrod and David Grubbs with the commercial real estate firm NAI Charleston represented the landlord, while Jeff Yurfest with The Shopping Center Group represented the tenant.
