Biography
With over a decade of experience in retail leasing, Ashley Casey joined TSCG's Tenant Advisory Services platform in 2022. Based in Atlanta, Ashley is a dynamic retail professional with a passion for commercial real estate, emerging retail trends, and building relationships across the industry. She brings a wealth of expertise from her previous roles in leasing enclosed malls and directing national leasing in grocery-anchored shopping centers, focusing on fostering strong retailer relationships and identifying new opportunities through comprehensive portfolio analysis. At TSCG, Ashley provides strategic national advisory services to a diverse range of clients, including retailers, restaurants, entertainment venues, and healthcare concepts. A cum laude graduate of the University of Georgia, Ashley is an active member of ICSC, the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Network, and the Young Atlanta Retail Alliance (YARA). In addition to her work in leasing and tenant advisory, Ashley is the co-founder of the national networking event series Retail Uncorked, has hosted a successful retail-focused podcast and has been featured as a guest speaker for organizations such as the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the International Franchising Association (IFA), and ICSC.What To Know
