Biography
Mekia joined the TSCG team in August of 2024 as a Senior Property Manager in the Washington Metro area. She began her Commercial Property Management career in 2010 after a welcome transition from the Residential PM world and has experience in Retail, Office, and Industrial Centers. Having grown up primarily in Columbia, MD she is familiar with multiple MD/DC/VA markets and well versed in the nuances of dealing with government leases and tenants. Although raised in the DMV, the majority of her family is from the South (KY and NC) to which she often travels, she also attended Clark Atlanta University.What To Know
Mekia is a "big dog" owner, aspiring chef/baker, loving Aunt and Godmother. She belongs to a large, close knit family, loves traveling, trying new restaurants, attending numerous festivals from May to October, and never misses the Kentucky Derby.
